To Challenge, Motivate and Reward Blaine and Spring Lake Park High School Seniors who have the greatest opportunity for academic improvement!

Commitment:

• Academics - improving cumulative GPA average during your senior year.
• Attendance - maintaining a 90% school attendance level and attending twice a month STRIVE meeting hosted by Rotary members.  Discussion topics include:

  • Overcoming Adversity
  • Influences and Behaviors
  • Ethical Decision Making
  • Consistency and Persistency
  • Networking
  • First impressions and interviewing skills
  • Future employment
• Attitude - Having a positive approach to learning Rewards.
• Recognition Awards Breakfast for students and parents sponsored by Rotary Club of Blaine and Ham Lake.
• Scholarships awarded for enrollment at any accredited college. Matching funds are available through the foundations at several local community and technical colleges.
